Lianyungang Zhongcheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.established in April 2006, Lianyungang Zhongcheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a specialized construction enterprise engaged in domestic infrastructure development and overseas engineering projects across multiple countries. Sun Zhigang, the legal representative, has been deeply engaged in subgrade earthwork construction since 1992.

The company has a registered capital of RMB 50 million and holds Grade II General Contracting Qualification for Municipal Public Works as well as Construction Labor Service Qualification. Its business covers a full range of engineering services including road & bridge construction, earth-rock works, foundation engineering, municipal projects, steel structure works, landscape greening, and construction machinery leasing.

The company obtained the qualification of VAT general taxpayer in 2017 and has been rated Class A Taxpayer for four consecutive years from 2022 to 2025. Possessing complete compliant qualifications for work safety, general construction contracting and labor services, it acts as a long-term designated high-quality subcontractor for major central state-owned enterprises.

The enterprise has built a global operation framework. It set up an overseas holding headquarters in Singapore, with localized subsidiaries established in Hong Kong of China, Nigeria, Senegal, Guyana, the Philippines, Kenya and Morocco. It maintains stable and in-depth cooperation with numerous central SOEs including China Road and Bridge Corporation, China Harbour Engineering Company, China Railway and CCCC.

Upholding the corporate spirit of “Pioneering, Pragmatic, Innovative and Dedicated” and adhering to the service tenet of “Satisfy Clients, Reassure General Contractors”, the company strives to become an integrated high-quality engineering contractor for domestic and international projects.

The company currently has 220 registered Chinese employees, including 70 professional and technical personnel and 30 with intermediate or senior professional titles. The total number of locally hired employees worldwide exceeds 5,000. It boasts fixed net assets of RMB 400 million, with self-owned construction machinery and equipment reaching a total power of 100,000 KW, supporting an annual construction output capacity of over RMB 2 billion.

The company has deployed construction equipment across six overseas countries, namely Nigeria, Senegal, Morocco, Guyana, the Philippines and Kenya. It owns more than 660 sets of engineering equipment, mainly mainstream domestic brands including XCMG, Sany, Shantui and Zoomlion, enabling fully independent mechanized construction for overseas projects.

Domestically, the company’s business covers more than ten provinces and municipalities including Jiangsu, Guangxi, Guizhou, Shandong, Hebei, Yunnan and Guangdong. Internationally, it extends across multiple countries in Africa, Southeast Asia and South America. The company undertakes diverse overseas infrastructure projects involving highways, railways, flood control, pipelines and municipal works, covering a full range of construction scenarios such as expressways, high-speed railways, national and provincial highways, water conservancy projects, pipe jacking, rural roads and municipal supporting facilities.

The company has been successively honored with a number of titles in the systems of CCCC and China Railway, including “Excellent Subcontractor”, “Excellent Cooperation Unit”, “Advanced Construction Team”, “Advanced Unit” and “Excellent Collaborative Team”. The Jiangsu Riverside Expressway project it participated in construction won the China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award, while the Lianyungang West Breakwater Reconstruction and Expansion Project claimed the Yunu Peak Cup High-Quality Project Award of Lianyungang City.

The Ibadan Flood Control Project in Nigeria undertaken by the company has received official commendation letters from both the local state government and the project owner, as well as an outstanding project award. Its outstanding performance in overseas project delivery, resource allocation and construction quality has been highly recognized by project owners and local authorities.

The company has delivered more than 60 key domestic and overseas engineering projects. Domestic projects cover municipal works in Xiongan New Area, multiple high-speed railways and expressways, local railways, and river water conservancy treatment projects. Its ongoing overseas key projects include the A8 Highway in Kenya, railway projects in Nigeria, modern highway projects in Senegal, pipe jacking and pipeline projects in the Philippines, and airport road projects in Guyana. Adhering to strict project management standards, the company has achieved zero major safety and quality accidents in project performance, earning wide industry recognition for its comprehensive construction strength.

Meanwhile, the Company has acquired nearly 2,000 mu (approximately 133 hectares / 329 acres) of land in Nigeria, laying a solid foundation for its future diversified development.
