Lianyungang Zhongcheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 after years of construction practice by its legal representative, Sun Zhigang, who began contracting roadbed earthwork and ancillary works in 1992. The company maintains long-term cooperation with large central and state-owned construction enterprises and has established related companies in Singapore, Nigeria, Hong Kong, Senegal, Guyana, the Philippines, Kenya and Morocco to support international business development.

Through decades of project delivery and internal development, Zhongcheng has accumulated practical construction technology and management experience, with 190 registered employees, 70 professional technical personnel, 30 mid- to senior-level professionals, fixed net assets of RMB 350 million, machinery power of approximately 100,000 kW, and annual construction production capacity of more than RMB 2 billion.

The company emphasizes quality, process control, service awareness and cooperation with owners, supervisors and general contractors. Zhongcheng continues to provide efficient international engineering services for infrastructure construction projects in China and overseas markets.
